Hi, I’m Ruth, the founder of this family-owned medical billing company. With over 30 years of experience in the field, I’ve dedicated my career to helping providers navigate the complexities of medical billing with accuracy, honesty, and care. What started as a passion for supporting healthcare professionals has grown into a business I’m proud to share with my family. Working alongside my daughter and granddaughter is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do, and it’s a privilege to pass down the knowledge and values that define our company. I value building strong, lasting relationships with our clients and treating every account with the same attention and integrity I would expect myself.

Elizabeth Walters, Administrative Director
Hi, I’m Elizabeth, and I’ve been working in medical billing for over 10 years. In addition to my billing experience, I’ve been a CNA for 19 years and remain active in the field, giving me valuable hands-on insight into the day-to-day realities of patient care. This dual perspective allows me to better understand and support the needs of healthcare providers. I’m passionate about helping our clients navigate the billing process with clarity, accuracy, and efficiency. Working alongside my mom and now my daughter is incredibly meaningful to me, and I take pride in continuing the values our family business was built on while helping it grow for the future.
Tara Sanderson, Charge Entry Specialist
For more than 26 years, I’ve built my career as a dedicated medical biller, navigating the ever‑changing world of healthcare with persistence, accuracy, and a genuine commitment to helping patients and providers. My work has shaped not only my professional life but also many of the relationships and routines that have become part of who I am.
One of the greatest gifts of my life has been my friendship with Ruth Heller, a bond that has lasted just as long — 26 years of shared stories, laughter, support, and the kind of understanding that only comes with time. Our friendship has grown alongside our families, our careers, and all the chapters life has brought our way.
I am the proud mother of two children and the delighted grandmother of three, each of them adding joy, purpose, and a sense of fullness to my days. Family is the heart of everything I do, and watching my children and grandchildren grow has been one of my life’s greatest privileges.
When summer arrives, my favorite place to be is my beach house — my sanctuary. It’s where I unwind, breathe a little deeper, and soak in the simple pleasures of warm days, ocean air, and time spent with the people I love. Those moments by the water remind me of balance, gratitude, and the beauty of slowing down.

Kristi Sibert, Billing Manager
Hi, I’m Kristi. I’ve been in business management for over 20 years, which has given me a diverse perspective on client care and understanding specific business needs for maximum efficiency and revenue production. In addition to management, I have approximately 8 years of experience in the medical billing field, where I was trained by Ruth. Altogether, I bring more than 25 years of experience in customer service.
I strive to build direct and honest relationships with each and every client as a foundation for success. I value hard work, integrity, and discipline, and I’m proud to be part of a strong team dedicated to serving you and your specific needs.
Faith Heller, Assistant
Hi, I’m Faith, and I’m proud to be part of the third generation in our family business. As an assistant, I’m learning the ins and outs of medical billing while supporting the team with daily tasks and organization. Being surrounded by so much experience has given me a strong foundation, and I’m excited to continue growing in the field. I enjoy contributing wherever I can and being part of a team that values hard work, trust, and care for our clients.
