REVITALIZE YOUR BILLING

I met Ruth approximately 4 years ago while she was working at another billing company.  I was introduced to her after I had switched EMR systems and they recommended this particular billing company.  By the grace of God I met Ruth Heller who became the biller for our practice.  At that time although the practice was busy we were losing money.  Instantly Ruth got to work and began to turn things around.  She also went after claims that were thought to be un collectible and collected them.  Ruth and I had developed a close working relationship as she was always available even after business hours and on weekends to make sure the practice was successful.  Approximately a year ago Ruth decided to leave company and go to another billing company.  To say I panicked would be an understatement.  Within 2 weeks of another individual taking over our account I immediately saw a drop in revenue with absolutely no communication.  I then immediately reached out to Ruth in hopes of convincing her to take our account back and work in the evenings.  Ruth then decided to start her own business and she subsequently opened up Allstar Medical Billing.  Immediately Ruth got busy fixing all the mistakes that were made by the individual who took over our account.  What separates Ruth/ Allstar Medical Billing apart from most billing companies is that all work is done within the US and not in countries such as India.  Ruth and her team make our practice feel as if we are their only client.  Suffice it to say, without Ruth/Allstar Medical Billing we would not be as successful as we currently are.  I cannot thank Ruth and her team enough for what they have done for us.
